The University of California, Riverside (UCR) invites nominations for the position of Dean of the Bourns College of Engineering (BCOE). UCR seeks a distinguished academic and administrative leader with the vision, experience, and commitment to advance BCOE’s mission of excellence in research, teaching, and service.
Since its founding in 1989, the Bourns College of Engineering has achieved remarkable growth and success. The next Dean will have an exceptional opportunity to build upon this strong foundation and lead the College to even greater levels of prominence, further establishing BCOE as a nationally and internationally recognized leader in engineering education, research, and innovation.
To support this important search, the University has engaged Isaacson, Miller, a nationally recognized executive search firm. The position is expected to be officially launched and marketed in July 2026.
