Chief Campus Counsel
The University of California, Riverside (UCR) seeks an experienced and dynamic Chief Campus Counsel. Reporting to the Chancellor and UC General Counsel, the Chief Campus Counsel provides legal assistance and services to the Riverside campus and serves as a senior advisor on institutional policy and decision-making that requires a legal perspective. The Chief Campus Counsel works with representatives of the campus on developing or modifying practices and procedures to conform with legal requirements and reduce risk, acts as a liaison with outside legal firms and monitors litigation of importance to the campus, and keeps informed on legislation and case law developments affecting University operations.
