Academic Planning and Budget (AP&B)

The Academic Planning and Budget organization (AP&B) consists of three units: the Budget & Resource Analysis group which administers the campus' operating budget, fiscal management and resource allocations to all departments, schools, colleges and divisions; the Capital & Physical Planning group which develops the Capital Improvement Program, physical planning for the campus, and campus-wide space management and inventory; Institutional Planning group which supports the enrollment and academic planning activities of the campus. The Associate Vice Chancellor of Computing & Communications (C&C) is responsible for the management and development of the computing and communications services on the campus of the University of California , Riverside. The C&C organization is comprised of six groups: Administrative Computing; Computing Support Services; Client Server Computing; Communications; Finance and Administration; and the Systems Group. Office of Research (OR)

The Office of Research is responsible for the review and regulatory oversight of campus research Centers and Organized Research Units at UCR. Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs (VCSA)

The Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs office oversees nineteen student related departments and programs. Their mission is to enroll a capable and diverse student body, to foster each student's academic and intellectual growth, to encourage their social, physical, psychological and ethical development, to prepare students for graduate and professional education, to provide opportunities for involvement in the broader campus and community life, to promote respect for personal rights and to develop the student's ability to thrive in a diverse, dynamic and global society.
